Mobilize Bento: the all-electric minivan designed for local services

Scheduled for launch in the first half of 2024, Bento was designed for business customers looking for a compact, practical and reliable vehicle for delivering goods and services (repairs, maintenance, personal services, on-demand deliveries...) in and around urban areas, which are enforcing increasingly stringent requirements in terms of environmental performance and footprint.

• An eco-responsible vehicle:
  • Designed using 50% of recycled materials (when the average is 15%), Bento is a an all-electric, single-seater minivan with a range of 140 kilometres and a top speed of 80 km/h.
  • Bento is able to access ultra-low emission zones, since it produces no emissions or noise.
  • The charging cable attached to the vehicle can be equipped with a standard connector (for domestic use) or Type 2 connector (compatible with public charging points on the street, in businesses or in car parks)
• A comfortable and safe vehicle:
  • Bento is equipped with an airbag, a feature rarely found on quadricycles, as well as air conditioning.
  • The glass side doors around the cabin open vertically, so users can get out on the right side of the road or slip between two parked cars. This architecture is also safer for pedestrians and cyclists, since it does not encroach on the road or pavements.
• A practical vehicle with a custom design:
  • Bento has a load capacity of 1m³ (80 kg payload) and a closed cargo box that can be configured in several ways to meet the needs of the companies providing local services.
  • Both the body and cargo box can be customised.
• A connected vehicle:
  • Bento comes with native connectivity, which is essential for managing corporate fleets. The system uploads specific vehicle data – such as charge status or location – in real time to a secure online server, for forwarding to the company's fleet management platforms.
  • Bento also features a digital key to access and start the car, from a smartphone for example, making it easier to share and rotate fleet vehicles.
